Code of Conduct
Heart & Soul retains the right to refuse any guests who do not comply with our healthy and wholesome atmosphere and the values we uphold. In case we need to ask you to leave because you don’t comply with the rules, you forfeit your retreat fee. Please read our Code of Conduct so you are aware of all our Housekeeping Rules.
Please also note that, in order to maintain the peace and tranquility of the space, we only accommodate for guests above the age of 16.
General Payment Guidelines
We strive to create an intimate community atmosphere during your stay and as a result, we can only accommodate a limited number of guests. The following payment guidelines help to ensure the Heart & Soul can run efficiently:

Your stay at Heart & Soul has to be paid for in full upon booking.

All online bookings incur a 10% administration and processing fee included in the full price charged within the booking process, which is non refundable upon cancellations.

Please note from the 15th December 2021 until the 15th January 2022 is holiday season and every night incurs a surcharge of $50 per person payable directly at arrival.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel a booking and the request is received with more than 1 month notice before your arrival date, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule to an available date or receive a refund minus 10% for the administration and processing fee we have already incurred.

If your booking cancellation is received between 1 month to 2 weeks before your arrival date, there will be no monetary refunds. The booking, however, can be transferred to another available date.

If your booking cancellation is received within 2 weeks of your arrival date, any fee paid will not be refunded and the booking is non-transferable to another date.

If you fail to arrive on the date of your retreat stay, arrive on a date other than your previously confirmed booking date, or you leave early, your payment is non-refundable and the booking is non-transferrable to another date.
Cancellation and Refund Policy - Special Circumstance

If the booking cannot be honoured for any reason outside of both parties control ( e.g Bushfire, Flooding, Pandemic, Bereavement, Medical Reason etc) you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule your booking to an available date. However, we cannot offer a monetary refund under these circumstances.
Under these special circumstance we ask for as much notice as possible in regards to any change the status of your booking. We also endeavour to give as much notice as possible if for any reason outside of our control we have to postpone your booking.
Payment Method

Your booking is considered confirmed once your payment is received by Heart & Soul.

If you have given us your credit card details, please note that we will automatically charge your credit card for the amount due. If sufficient funds are not available or your payment is declined for other reasons, we will contact you via email.

Our preferred payment method is via EFTPOS/credit card, but we are also happy to receive payments via Bank Transfer.

For international bank transfers, Heart & Soul applies a surcharge of AU$12/transaction to cover the banking fees.
Limitation of Liability

As with any physical activity, it is important that before beginning any fitness regime, you consult with your health care professional to ensure that you are mindful of your current health and any restrictions that are appropriate for you. Heart & Soul Retreats accepts no liability for any injury, loss of property, or death resulting from attending our retreat space.

We do not accept responsibility for any personal items which are left, lost, damaged or used without permission at Heart and Soul Retreats.

At times, we take photographs on the property as well as throughout the program – including meal times, yoga classes, and workshops. In booking with us, you provide us with your permission to be photographed, and for these photos to be used in our marketing materials.
Healing Centre - Cancellation & Refund Policy

For cancellations of healing room services with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the regular appointment fee applies (as different prices apply to varying appointment types).
By confirming a booking with us you have therefore accepted all of our Terms and Conditions.
