A beautiful way to bond with your baby, move your body, and connect with other mums in a supportive and welcoming space.

This class is designed to help you regain strength, relieve tension, and feel nurtured, all while sharing the journey of motherhood with others.

Dates: March 13 – April 2 (Thursdays, with final session on Wed, April 2)

Time: 10:30 AM – 11:15 AM

Location: Cronulla, Activity Room 2 (Final session in Activity Room 3)

4-Week Series (March 13 – April 2): $120

3-Week Series (March 13 – March 27 only): $90

Can’t make the final session on April 2? We now offer a 3-week option!

Suitable for mums and bubs from 6 weeks postpartum (once cleared by your doctor). Whether you're easing back into movement or simply needing a break from the day-to-day, this class is here to support you.

All you need to bring is your yoga mat, water, and your little one – everything else is taken care of.

Come as you are, meet other mums, and enjoy some well-deserved time for you!
